Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Luniby Founding Farm Pilot survey promotion, including the $500 cash draw and the $30 Prezzy Card offer for early respondents. By submitting the survey you agree to these terms.
1. Promoter
The promotion is run by Luniby Limited, New Zealand (hello@luniby.com).
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Luniby and their immediate families are not eligible.
- One entry per person. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.
3. Survey period
The survey is open from the date of publication until the close of the founding pilot intake period. The promoter reserves the right to extend or close the survey early, with notice published at luniby.com.
4. $500 cash draw
- All eligible respondents who fully complete the survey and submit valid contact details are automatically entered into a single cash draw.
- One winner will be selected at random after the survey closes.
- The prize is NZD $500, paid by direct bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a replacement winner will be drawn.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another form of payment.
5. $30 Prezzy Card — first 15 respondents
- The first 15 eligible respondents (by submission timestamp) to fully complete the survey will each receive a NZD $30 Prezzy Card, in addition to their entry into the cash draw.
- Prezzy Cards will be dispatched by email within 21 days of the survey closing, or sooner if the 15 places are filled before the survey closes.
- Prezzy Cards are subject to the Prezzy Card terms of use.
- If a submission is found to be invalid (duplicate, incomplete, or ineligible), the next eligible respondent in order of submission will receive the Prezzy Card.
6. How to enter
Complete and submit the survey at luniby.com. No purchase is necessary. Entries by third parties on behalf of others are not accepted.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected through the survey will be used only to administer this promotion, contact winners, and (where you have opted in) to keep you informed about Luniby. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
8. General
- The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
- The promoter is not liable for any technical failures that prevent entry.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
