- Contact details — name and email address provided when you complete our survey or apply for the pilot program.
- Farm information — farm type and approximate herd or flock size, provided in the survey.
- Survey responses — your answers to the survey questions about how you manage herd health decisions.
- Usage data — anonymised analytics about how visitors interact with our website (pages visited, buttons clicked), collected via cookies and similar technologies. This does not identify you personally.
3. Why we collect it
- To administer the $500 cash draw and $30 Prezzy Card promotion (see our Competition Terms).
- To contact you about the founding pilot program if you have opted in.
- To understand how farmers make decisions, so we can build better tools.
- To send you updates about Luniby if you have agreed to be contacted.
- To improve our website and product through aggregated, anonymous analytics.
4. How we use your information
We only use your personal information for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. our database provider, email platform), under strict confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary.
5. Storage and security
Survey responses are stored securely in our database (Supabase), which is hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry security standards. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
6. How long we keep it
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days unless we are required to keep it for legal or regulatory reasons.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a correction if any information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal obligations).
